Every new pond construction is a blank canvas waiting to be created. I was especially lucky to be able to work at this location. It was a wooded area, with a natural slope right in front of the home. It was the perfect spot for a stream with numerous pools and falls. the final fall cascades into a naturally worn waterfall boulder before splashing into the waiting pool below. A leaf skimmer filtration system was added to simplify upkeep.
All of the stone edging on my waterfeatures are mortared in place for easy upkeep and durability. You can see the family pet lab in the photos below. needless to say, she likes the water. The stream and pond are designed to hold up to this kind of wear.
