Happy Naked Frog Quotes

Wisdom comes from God, but his voice is only heard if we open ourselves up to him through humbleness and faith. Like the Native American Indians, I also believe that silence is God's voice.

About Beliefs and Knowledge

If you can't discuss your beliefs with someone who disagrees without getting angry, your beliefs must be based on convenience, not thought. True beliefs come from digging deep and challenging yourself, long before you are challenged by others.

The troublesome, hurtful thoughts are the ones that make you dig deep for understanding and truth. I have never had to think much when I was happy. I have learned to be grateful for those tough times. Too many people believe what they believe with no thought input of their own to substantiate those beliefs. In other words someone said it, it suits them and they go with it. True beliefs come about with questioning, testing and deep thought about what you learned in the process. Anything else is a belief of convenience and not worth the time it takes someone to tell me about it.

There is a difference between wisdom and knowledge. Wisdom is gained by watching others and learning by their mistakes. Knowledge is obtained by learning things the hard way and taking notes. I've got lots of knowledge.

Every day is a new beginning, but only if you learned from the day before.

To find the clear truthful answers to life, one must rise above the din of everyday existence. You have to get away from those who think they have the answers, those who let opinion, prejudious and self service corrupt their judgment. For among these persons there are no right answers, only comfortable conclusions.

Doing the right thing is simple since we usually know what we should do. It only gets complicated if we rationalize about about what we have to do, what we want to do and then make a decision based on how much we can get by with.

Just because you can find someone to agree with you doesn't mean you are right. It could mean that you found another idiot on the same page as you.
